Why doesn't Sony listen to Square Enix?

Square has made numerous comments telling Sony to stop messing up, but then they've also always turned around and made kiss-ass comments. Both they and Konami are riding Sony all the way down as its lap dogs it would seem, they put just enough on the DS and Wii to stay in business but for the most part want their big games to be Sony and the presidents of both companies have had harsh words for Sony that have gone unheeded.
