I don't play Pokemon anymore. I really felt betrayed when I couldn't move my pogeys from G/S to R/S, and nothing kept the spark alive after that. I really invested into the early gens, buying four games between the first two, and I've never had the heart to redo all of that work. I bought Sapphire and was unsatisfied, I got a copy of Leaf Green and didn't feel any better about it and I only got Pearl as a DL on my flash card because I wanted to see if it had what it took to bring my interest back. If it did, I'd totally have bought Platinum day one, but instead I bought DQM Joker and have loved it a great deal. It won't give me the same game time as the original pokemon (over 300 hours on Blue) just because I hardly have the same time anymore, but it has given me more enjoyment than the last 3 main series pokemon games I've played.
