This article is a weak, unfounded rant, if ever there was one. Why is he comparing Sony's promise to match dev costs for self-published titles (i.e. tiny independant devs) with the DLC for games like GTA4, Fallout 3, etc.?

We haven't even seen the details on what this cost matching actually is. Do they not take a cut of the titles sales, until the dev costs have been repaid out of Sony's portion of the profits? (pretty good deal, actually) Do they pay the money up front? (I doubt it) What does MS do for little devs, that matches this? They pay for DLC from big publishers... and... how is that related again?

This guy needs to stay inside the lines when drawing comparisons.
