If some sick fuck wants that game... He'll probably get it via the way you posted it in the OP... So, go ahead and ban it... If a horny douche wants it enough, he'll find a way to get it (usu. Torrents or Megaupload)
And yes, I've read through this thread... and I personally would rather be killed than raped... Also, I think rape should have a much worse punishment than killing, pre-meditated or not, but the US government doesn't seem to agree... Then again our gov't seems to think that corporations are people... so it's kinda screwy...
