Pretty sure the same thing has been said to death in regards to most 360 games as well. Most of those have shown up on other platforms (PC and PS3).
Exclusive on the Xbox typically means "exclusive to Microsoft platforms including Windows" barring the few examples like Halo 3, Gears 2 and Fable 2, which MS was probably wise to keep as Xbox exclusives.
CE3 doesn't guarantee the same games will show up on both the PS3 and the 360; it's a middleware development package like UE. Everyone assumes that means we'll see Crysis on both platforms, but beyond that depends entirely upon who buys the rights to use it to develop their own IPs.
And Mike, GG's Killzone2 engine is not a suitable example in comparing cross platform game engines since it was specifically designed and coded for the PS3 architecture as everyone knows. It won't run on any other platform.
