The old playstation games have held up well in the HD era, the jaggedness of the textures are a stark reminder of what we had as graphics back in the day. However that doesn't mean the quality hasn't held up. I can think of plenty of games I would love to see rereleased on an HD console if possible/

xenogears -(maybe they could actually speed up the begining and fix the second disk as well)
Silent Hill- (impressive graphics for its time not so much anymore, Increeeedibly creepy even still I would imagine, could use better voice acting and plot clarification)
Metal Gear Solid- (nothing wrong with this game at all, just cant find twin snakes. *SPOILER ALERT* I pretty much spent chapter 4 in MGS4 with the young snake camo on. nostalgia for the win)
