First off, Call of Duty is an established franchise, while Madworld is not. Second, World at War released a month before the Holidays, Madworld released two months AFTER the Holidays. It will not see the same boost as World at War. Third, yet again, how is Madworld similar to World at War? Is it similar at all?

I'm not saying Madworld will have equal sales to COD:Waw, my point is that your assumption about legs could well be wrong. Sales could go many ways, first week sales are not that meaningful for Wii games.
Whether it's a FPS or not it doesn't matter much, there are games with legs in several genres on the Wii.

But all indications show that the game will track just like Zack and Wiki and NMH. Unless the game sees a magical boost in April and May. The last time I checked no one celebrates christmas in the spring time.
