Microsoft have dropped the ball, do they remember the 360 is a VG Console?

 This is not true. Check last year!

• Call of Duty World at War (>5 million)
• Gears of War 2 (4.75 million)
• Fable 2 (2.7 million)
• Fallout 3 (2.25 million)
• Left 4 Dead (> 2 million)

5 games - 3 Shooter, 2 RPGs, every title crossed 2 million.

This year

• Modern Warfare 2
• Halo ODST
• Bioshock 2
• Forza 3
• Alan Wake
• Splinter Cell

This is the line-up I can imagine right now, which looks great. There are probably 3 shooters, just like last year. Of course the userbase got bigger by 10-12 million by then, so I think we shouldn't worry about that.
