As a little side note, I know a few gays and bisexuals, and most I have no problem with. Why? Because they don't go around flashing it at everyone, and if you have a conversation with them you really can't tell that they are gay.
However, there are those who are openly gay and actually quite annoying because they go around saying gay is ok and try to make everything they look at and touch gay. I have a feeling this Microsoft fellow was more like this and is why he was treated harshly by his employees.
I just wanted to make it clear that I do not hate gay people, I may think it's wrong and problem causing, but as long as they keep their PERSONAL life PERSONAL, it's fine by me.
