Still... they're basically saying if your a part of this.  You can't lose money.  Kudos.

Wonder if any other terms are put on it or it's just straight "free" money.

The answer is yes," Chris Eden, Sony's development relations manager, told an audience at the Game Developers Conference today.

 

Would indicate that was the case.... to me anyway.
