Maybe it's less Square's fault and more to do with Sony and MSoft? Think about it two games were announced as PS3 exclusives years ago and those two games haven't been released yet. However multi-platform and 360 exclusives have come out quickly to the Xbox 360. Perhaps it's just development time differences. Plus they most likely have their best PS3 devs working on FFXIII and Versus, so it'll probably be awhile until they announce new games for PS3.
