They are both great consoles in regards to software offerings, but I need to bring the Wii into this as well because it boils down to the games. I love Miyamoto, and his staple of classic franchises are enough reasons to buy a Wii. Also, I'm a huge Ratchet & Clank fan. Ratchet & Clank Future was the single enough reason to me to buy a PS3. And when I look back at my PS2 software collection, 25% of those titles were either developed and/or published by SONY. So as long as SONY continues the 1st/2nd party push (which they are), a PS3 was a no-brainer. So SONY's software efforts have impresed me more than Microsoft's efforts in regards to the topic of this thread. But overall, you cannot leave out the Wii in this, at least I'm not going to. And HappyPerson14, I agree with your sig, but in context, you might want to look up Microsoft's past business dealings. They are not a competitive company.
