That makes no sense. Exclusive means only one platform. Do we call Ferrari Challenge a "non MS exclusive" because it's on every console except 360? Do we call Bully a "DVD exclusive" because it's on PS2/360/Wii but not on PS3? Is Manhunt 2 a "standard definition exclusive" because it's on Wii/PS2? Is Army of Two 2 (PC/PS3/360/PSP) a "non Nintendo exclusive"? Is Duke Nukem Trilogy (PSP/DS) a "handheld exclusive"?
In the end, it means nothing. Exclusive means it's something that's likely (if it's good of course) to make you buy a console, it's what motivates your purchase. It's no exclusive if you can find it somewhere, means you're less likely to buy a new console because of it
