Are people suggesting things like "make good jRPG games and they will sell" really mean it?

I know this forum is full of jRPG fans but some of these advises here are just stupid. Sega gave you your "jRPG mastepieces" and now lays off employees and thinks about abandoning the core games. Atlus gave you Persona 4, sold only 123k copies of it it North America, and now posts huge losses. Namco's Tales are in decline sales wise in NA and the series only lives thanks to japanese fans. Mistwalker's projects bomb left and right(ASH, Blue Dragon DS) and get cancelled (Cry On) without MS's support. SE's own critically acclaimed games (TWEWY, Star Ocean) show mediocre results in sales.

Making "good" jRPGs is not a solution. Estabilishing western dev teams is.
