"Do you know many people in the military? A lot of them joined for money, for college, because they want to shoot people (yes, I have heard a few people actually say this...which is just sad), and for lack of anything better to do.
"I am not going to badmouth the troops, as I know a lot of good people who are in the military or have been in the military, but you are overestimating how noble many people's decision to enlist is, or how voluntary that choice is in some cases."
He isn't shy about talking about bad things they do, and bad people in uniform, but you're pretending he thinks all of them are bad people doing bad things which is blatantly untrue. When he told the story about the soldier that accidentally shot up a completely innocent festival, he didn't act like that guy was an evil murderer, he just acted like he was a guy that made a terrible mistake and accidentally did something horrible.

No, that thread is one of the things that shaped my opinion of Akuma. I asked him to tell me one thing he liked about the people in the military, and he couldn't.
You are letting your opinion of Akuma shape how you respond to his actions. His tone and words in that thread are inexcusable.
