I took a marine biology course at my private high school, and you should always put sand on your skin where you got stung, as it stops the stinging cells from the jellyfish's tenticles from firing into the skin (it's like putting dirt on a campfire). Peeing on your skin if you get stung will only cause the stinging cells to release more toxins into your bloodstream.
On topic, no, I never have urinated in the shower. It's bad hygiene and disgusting, and it's not even wise for male forum members to answer and discuss this on a public forum, as people can track you via searches on search engines and then find your profile on Facebook, MySpace, etc. and make fun of you
