I like red meat. I also like drinking, sex, riding motorcycles, and doing several other activities that have a good chance of killing me sooner rather than later.
To each their own. You can live a teetotaler's life and live to the rich ol' age of 140. I don't give a rat's ass. I'm not going to worry about it. Personally, I think worrying about one food adding ten years to your life is rather sad.
