Actually AKI developed those games. They're a Japanese studio.

@antfromtashkent-Yukes develops the Smackdown vs. RAW series, and every Smackdown game since it's inception on Playstation. They're also a Japanese developer.

That will work. EA Chicago makes it. I'd also like to say that even though western developers are practically a non factor with fighting games, Fight Night Round 4 has a good shot at being the most enjoyable fighting game this year, even with the stiff competition of Street Fighter IV, Blaz Blue: Calamity Trigger and King of Fighters XII coming out. It's hard to top the excellence of finally getting to pit Tyson and Ali against eachother. That trailer had me salivating.
