Probably Animal Crossing since I played the crap out of GCN, DS, and Wii versions.
World of Warcraft took up a lot of my time back in the day but since I haven't played it in a long time definitely has to be AC.
Played a lot of CoD:WaW on Wii also. Think I am near 6 days just online and probably 10-20 hours offline.
Super Smash Bros. Melee I played a ton while I went to college but I haven't played too much Brawl since most of the friends that live in Austin don't enjoy it too much.
Played a ton of hours of Mario Kart (Wii, DS, N64) also.
Starcraft and Diablo series are up there also.
Tons of Civ3 (gotta love the custom made scenarios from civfanatics website)
