OK, I am going to do something that I scold others for doing ... but would it not make more sense (and be more interesting) to do a Katamari game for the Wii?
I think it is great that the PS3 is getting an HD makeover of the original great game. But given how poorly the most recent entrant into this series sold on the Xbox 360, and given that this is basically a re-release of an old game, how well will it sell?
This sounds like what Nintendo is doing with some of its old GC games (motion: Wii as HD: PS3). And those are selling well, but not incredibly, on an install base that is 2x what it was before (of course, BC makes it less necessary to pick up the game again).
Just a though -- maybe Namco can show some Katamari love to the Wii this generation. It already has on the Xbox 360 and is doing it on the PS3.
