From ALL my experience ANY game that is on PC/360 or PC/PS3 are always the same (basically on PC you can get a higher screen res, and maybe a few higher textures). But to be honest games like Assasins Creed, GTA 4 and the like I can not tell the difference. Also the fact that 360 is the lead, screams to me the 360 version will be looking exactly like this or currently at this time better.
Considering we have seen CRYENGINE 3 running on 360/PS3 this is easily achievable on the 360. So lets not split hairs. Oh and I fully expect Alan Wake to look like those screenshots to on 360.
