I want a Monkey Island 5 so much, the first and third are two of my favourite games ever
If I have to name other good ones, I'd add George Stobbart, Nicole Collard and Khan (Broken Sword), Sam & Max and Bernard, Hoagie and the Purple Tentacle (Day of the Tentacle)
