That doesn't change the fact that they chose the Phyre Engine which is PS3/PC only. If they want to make it cross-platform with the 360 (which would be a good idea, IMO), they would need to pick a diffeent engine, or outsource the port to another studio which may be costly. Given the fact they said they've already chosen an engine, then they are most likely in-contract, and cannot change platforms/engines if there's been a bit of work done, or forefit whatever they've invested so far.
