They seem to be losing their originality and the quirkiness that made western fans want to play them and import them when they were not localized. It's a shame. Hopefully Square can get its act together and reach out to fans in Japan with some new RPGs and maybe a love sim or two to reignite the video games market in Japan. Do not leave Nintendo to try and do it on their own. |
No they're not, that is reactionary and very silly. It's not like they're shutting down their old studios or ceasing to develop and fund the games that Japanese players love so much.
