The government has no business keeping track of things such as this. And there's also the possibility that the government could become rather corrupt (or rather far more corrupt than it already is) and begin using these tidbits of information to persecute people. The reality presented in 1984 is getting nearer and nearer. We have the government listening in on everything we do, and things like the North American Union popping up. Reminds me of 1984. The world was nothing more than three super states forever at war with each other, in complete control of their people's lives. Although the three super states probably didn't actually exist, and the fear was just being used to keep people in line. |
I would say this is the least of your worries. Anything you put on Facebook anyone can look at anyways. Cops have been using it to bust up teenage parties FFS.
The NSA and Homeland security in the States are alot worse. They spy on private stuff like e-mail.
