You don't have that button on your controllers?  Underneath the controller on the back left hand side?  Says in big red letters, "Press this to re-sync, you dumass!"?

Come to think of it, I don't either.  =/

Had me worried there for a moment! (Puts back the PS3 user manual)  Never had a need for one anyways :)
