You have to remember that FO2 came out before UT, Quake III, and even Half-Life (20 days ahead of HL actually). I can only recall playing Quake II to death back in '98, when it comes to 3D so yeah, they looked just about as real.

What I am saying is that the early N64 era was when console games legitimately did have a couple of years where they looked better than PC games.
