Totally disagreed. Japanese are more interested in games than any other country haha. Their "gaming" awareness stretches quite far throughout their culture. That's why they can have hosts of games open with large numbers while most other regions games sell over time.
Gaming is a part of their culture and probably always will be. Sure it's not doing as hot right now as it was 2-3 years ago, but they are still one of the few countries that has regular game opening of over 100,000.
