Scratch a disc? Pfft. As long as you can install the game thats no big deal. Try having a disc CRACK! I won a Battle Fantasia on eBay recently and the disc had a giant crack in the center of the ring. He claimed it was mint to. Needless to say I got my refund and plan on purchasing a Amazon copy in the near future.
It's just that simple.
