Konami said they were going multiplatform from now on, since MGS4 is the only major Konami title not on 360, they could be referring to nothing else.

Konami can say whatever they want, but the one thing they won't do is piss off Kojima.

Wow kojima must be a god for you... lol

It's called simple fact.  Konami is not going to risk losing Kojima.  And Kojima has always been a Sony supporter.  It would be like if Nintendo wants to make Mario multiplat, but Miyamoto says no.  Nintendo is not going to override Miyamoto and risk losing him for the sake of making some extra profit.

Wow you seem very confused. First of all Kojima works for Konami, not Sony while Miyamoto is working for Nintendo. Konami is a third party publisher and their objective is to make profit not making promotion of the PS3. Nintendo is a first party and won't have any advantage to bring some Mario games multiplatform. Hope that bring more sense to you.

We're arguing 2 different points here.  Yes, Konami is 3rd party and its primary goal is to make profit.  However, Kojima and his studio is in charge of the MGS franchise.  Kojima has repeatedly said he's a Sony supporter and intends on keeping the MGS franchise on Sony consoles.  The question then is will Konami listen to Kojima or will they override his stance and release future MGS games on other consoles simultaneously.  My PERSONAL opinion is that they won't because they don't want to risk losing a talent like Kojima.  If you think differently, then fine.  It's a matter of opinion.  Until any official announcement is actually made, everything is just speculation at this point.
