How about... an apple for breakfast, a few slices of meat and some cucumber for lunch, a glass of milk as an afternoon snack, and some fish with broccoli and a sweet potato for dinner? Wash it down with a multivitamin. If they are still fat, eat less fish, 1/2 of a sweet potato, smaller apple, ect.
If they walked around for slowly for an hour or two a day and ate very little, they would eventually get thin.
