As noted above, I saw a video of it on youtube and she was able to cast Meteor so quickly that I'd say it's easier to let her go on her own if she has the stats for it.

Also, I suppose you would need to junction her with magic she wouldn't cast in Angel Wing form. Does she cast status magic? Double and Triple?

i don't believe she casts status magic, so you can junction triple on speed and maybe double on magic, since angel wing doubles your magic attacks all you need is for meteor to do 5000 in every hit, so after entering angel wing form you'll be doing 9999, junctioning ultima is a waste since it easily dose 9999, but only hit once and is very slow
