All of this seems to be an optimistic wish for a price cut.
That price cut does not make sense if it causes a company that is losing money to lose even more money.
Not only that, but such a cut could send the stock price dropping -- making Sony a takeover target.
Think about it.
The price cut will be closer to the holiday season -- when the exchange rate is hopefully more favorable and the production costs have been lowered even further.
