Hey guys! I'm looking for a good the best notebook cooler out there, because it seems like my laptop overheats even when I don't play games now. I hope nothing wrong happened to the fans inside...
A very quiet one with black color would be preferable. I know some of you guys know good sites that give good deals as well. Important note: I live in Canada. I'm not sure NewEgg is an option for me.
