Those two games were not even close to the best looking games on the system.
You might have missed World Driver Championship, Perfect Dark, Resident Evil 2 (since you posted a pre-rendered background game and this one in game looks better than the PS version), NFL Quaterback Club series, Jet Force Gemini, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Rogue Squadron/Battle for Naboo, etc...
