Remember that FDR got rid of Prohibition (starting by allowing 3.2 beer under the terms of the constitutional amendment prohibiting alcohol sales) to help boost the economy during the Great Depression.
You do not do anything that is going to cause the economy to shrink when it is already shrinking. And is there a law yet that has held up to a First Amendment challenge?
So what do you think. Of course nothing will happen of any substance.
