Sony halting PS3 Supply to South Korea

I'ts about time too.
Sad thing for Japanese gamers on a budget, and for the South Koreans I suppose.
I wonder how this will affect PS3 sales in Japan?
I'm also glad they didn't just hike the S.Korean price to "match" the Japanese price...It would have been easier
