Basicaly men have a tendancy to take a piss when they get up in the morning and either start the shower or run the faucet. It's a subconcious thing for us actually.
not to mention that it saves a little bit of time, doing two things at the same time is faster than doing one at a time.
the real question is: why were you having such a bizzare conversation with you boyfriend and why was the hell did his father take a stance on that ? If i talked about that to my girl in my fathers presence i would have never heard the end of my lack of manners.
