Yes and no, Atelier Iris was the last series with the only common element Iris, but other that no they are separate stories

 

Nice. I wonder if I can find some of the old games... I'm sure I can find the one on PSP.

 

Atelier Iris 1-3 were released on PS2, those are the only NA released ones every other is Japan only

Seems that it's a 2 series in one big frachise or something :S Altier and Mana Khemia

Gust has 3 big franchise that have very similar elements like alchemy, 2D sprites and other stuff. The 3 series are Atelier series, Mana Khemia(the link you have) and my favorite Ar Tonelico. They all are similar to each other but separate games.
