Also... yes you can criticize someone for attempting or planning to do something.
If someone plans to or attempts to murder me for example... it's well in my right to criticise them.
The problem is Obama is imposing this AFTER giving out the funds.
The government is basically saying they don't like a contract they signed so they are going to change the rules to fix it.
That's bullshit.
AIG should be able to spend the money on the biggest pizza party in the world if they want to.
