I don't think so. From what I've learned about naturally hermaphroditic animals, they cannot reproduce with their self unless they also have asexual reproduction. I think it would be the same for an animal that is hermaphroditic because of environmental/mutation reasons as well. Also I believe when it is caused by environment or mutation that in most cases either one or both of the organs are not fully functional. I could be wrong though so don't take me as the truth.
