Oh of course! I am a Mario man all the way!
Just bought a little Mario plush doll from Wal-Mart the other day. It was apart of some New Super Mario Bros. merchandise. Petey Piranha, Little Goomba, Boo (Diddly, Buddie either way you wanna call him), Mega Mushroom. I wish they had a Luigi but it's expected for them to overlook the Green Machine.
Became a Nintendo fan in 1981 when as a 5 year old kid I saw this little red & blue dressed man named Jumpman climb a dangerous construction site to save his girl from a insane gorilla.
Dug the revenge the gorillas made when they took Jumpman to school in the jungles. Don't mess with an ape's daddy if you know what's good for you.
Then I saw the fat little red & blue man check out what's wrong in the Brooklyn sewers with his brother in green.
Hell, I even worked with the dude when he was working the nightshift in that Cement Factory.
Way before the cat took on that sick dragon turtle in the land of mushrooms I was down with the Marios!
Sonic is brilliant but nobody beats Mario.
