Other then Mass Effect most of the 360 RPGs have been A) pretty childish and/or B) not very good. I don't know where this leader in RPGs thing comes from. The best JRPGs have all been on Playstation systems this gen (Persona 3, Persona 4, Disgaea, Valk Chronicles, Eternal Sonata). The only above 80 JRPG on the 360 is Tales at 81, and I would bet just about anything that will be making the trip to the PS3 sooner or late just like Eternal Sonata. Squares switch to the 360 would matter more if their games were worth a damn these days, they haven't been relevant in at least half a decade.
As far as the hardcore games, the PS3 has pretty much every good 360 game other then the two gears of war games and Halo. To make up for the few losses there are a tons of gains on the PS3 side like MGS4, Little Big Planet, Killzone 2 and Uncharted which more then make up for the handful of losses. Plus, like Gears of War 1, even that tiny fraction of games that don't go 360 to PS3 make the trip to the PC where the games are 10 bucks less with much better graphics and free online. The game selection thing may have been true in 2006, but it most certainly is not true today. The PS3 without a doubt now has the strongest library with the best in RPGs (Valk Chronicles), FPS games (killzone 2), 3rd person action (MGS4), platforming (Little Big Planet), Adventure (Uncharted) and sports (MLB 09 the Show) all truly exclusive to the PS3, no PC ports even.

Sorry to derail the thread here, but I have a question for you. Have you ever played any of the RPG's on the 360? In my opinion your dead wrong on the RPG's. The 360 really does shine over the PS3 there.
