I don't think any of the really good games like Mass Effect 2 will be 360 exclusive. Really, in the end, almost nothing is. I mean even supposed for sure only on Xbox 360 games like Ninja Gaiden 2 (Hello 2 Sigma) and Bioshock have made the trip over, I doubt Mass Effect 2 won't now that EA is in the drivers seat. Notice Dragon Age is coming to the PS3 (first bioware game on a sony console) so will other Bioware games be far behind? I think not.
Also, worst case, for 450 dollars you can buy a computer that is MORE then capable of playing whatever you want to play on the PC these days.
8800GTX card, under 100 dollars if you shop around
2.8 ghz core 2 duo around 100 dollars
Decent core 2 duo micro motherboard 50 dollars
Case 40 dollars
450 watt power supply 30 bucks
4GBs 1066 RAM 50 bucks
500GB Hard Drive 60 bucks
Bingo, a computer that can run whatever newer games on decent settings for 450 dollars. The price only goes down if you have any of the needed components already (Some RAM, a case, a decent processor, a decent vid card ect). Buying a computer that outperforms the 360 actually costs less then a 360 elite these days (plus the computer can do, you know, computer things).
