I hadn't thought of that before, it certainly does make him a unique videogame villain. I always like the music that accompanied him as well.
Anyhow, I have a few favourites:
- Kerrigan (Starcraft);
- Arthas (Warcraft III, WoW: WotLK);
- Kefka (FFVI); and
- Mid-boss (aka Vyers, Dark Adonis from Disgaea), although I'm unsure if he could be considered a villain.
