that's because electronical devices that get used usually build up polarization, which results in constant electrical fields, that stay even if it's in stand-by mode
these electrical fields attract polarized/semi-polarized dust particles, so the more an electronical device is used, the more it's collecting dust

I guess there are similar write ups for every console and it's best to just ignore these. Enjoy the consoles you bought and don't try to proselytize other people.
