Beleive it or not....GTA IV. Once you were done with it, that was it. Unlike the other 3 before it, the "extra" stuff other then unlimited ammo (which can be done with cheat codes) was boring. In san andreas, vice city, and 3 itself i felt like collecting everything was rewarding and you would unlock cars with special things like the Red Taxi or doing the fire truck missions made you invulnerable to fire.
There was no incentive to really do the extra things, and those extras lack in comparison.
