RE5 won't be ported to the Wii. But it might be a new game in the RE series; perhaps a semi-spinoff a la RE0 or Code: Veronica.
Other than that, a few possibilities nobody's mentioned:
-Okami 2 (Wii)
-A new Viewtiful Joe (which hopefully won't suck)
-A new Suda51 game? I know he's working on No More Heroes at the moment, but...
