My guess would be an FF-VII remake. That and KH3 are the only two things mentioned that I can see making a big difference. Given the market for the Kingdom Hearts games, it probably would be better on another console, though that style of gameplay does fit with the descriptions put elsewhere.
But it is interesting how many different things have been classified as system sellers for the PS3.
