Because we know next to nothing about the game other than that it comes from a developer with good pedigree, that it's a psychological thriller, and that the graphics should be good? None of which applies to the gameplay, which should be the most important thing about a game.
Although, truth be told, I'm guilty of the same thing when it comes to Team ICO's next project which we know even less about, but I'm very excited for.
